Easily one of the most beautiful places I've been to. And during sakura season too, no less. Walking around with a loose itinerary, I had the freedom to explore places that weren't on the map. I found myself sitting on the river bank, waving back to locals(?) (possibly tourists too) as they passed by on their boats.
